【Course content】

◇Animal interaction experience at the 2nd floor petting space (120 minutes, includes complimentary snacks)

*The "service snacks" were created because our staff wanted visitors to see the animals eating snacks and have an experience that they wouldn't normally have.

・If you exceed 120 minutes by 5 minutes, an extension fee (550 yen (tax included) for every 30 minutes) will be charged.Please note.

・If it is busy, you may be asked to wait in the cafe on the 1st floor.

◇Please place a separate order.

・Please choose one item from the cafe menu or original product for each order.

[About the interaction experience]

◇Animal population: Approximately 150

◇Age restrictions: None (elementary and junior high school students must be accompanied by a guardian)

◇Admission fee: Fees apply to all ages.(Excluding babies being held)

◇Photography: allowed (no flash)

◇Apron rental: No

◇Glove rental: Available

◇We are unable to accommodate wheelchairs as this is the 2nd floor.

◇Since it is an animal, it may get scratched or dirty.Please wear comfortable clothing.

◇We recommend that you remove any accessories beforehand.

◇Lockers are available for storing bags and valuables.

*Adult rates start from junior high school students (elementary school students and younger must be accompanied by a guardian)

*A 30-minute trial session costs 1,650 yen (tax included).

■The cafe menu is available at the table seats on the first floor and at the drink holders on the second floor.

■We have original merchandise, badges, accessories, feathers, etc. available.
